This artwork is Original and Unique to myself with my signature 2d Textured Roses. Artwork has a Tissue textured background with 3 2d handmade roses and rope, the background of this artwork has a beautiful antique look with different shades of green, blue, gold, bronze and black. The roses are red and gold with foliage several shades of green and gold.

I started “MAURI ORA” a few weeks ago now and I am enjoying it so much ! I really do recommend it to everyone !!
The word Mauri means the vital force that exists in all things both animate alive/seen and inanimate unseen!
It is an agent that binds the wairua (SPIRIT), hinengaro (MIND), and tinana (PHYSICAL), to a relationship that produces mauri ora.
Mauri ora occurs when the balance of all three are synchronised. When this takes place the mauri becomes active and is driven to find avenues of expression.
I wanted to share with you two we miniature artworks that I have created with Mauri Ora in mind!!

Artwork has a tissue textured background with a mixture of Red, Black and micaceous iron oxide( which gives a slight glitter effect) and finally it has a gold rub over. It is really hard to get a correct colour photo of the background.
